Morlex Construction was born out of a passion for precision and problem-solving in New York City’s toughest projects. Our origin is simple: we saw contractors overwhelmed with drawings, calculations, biddings, schedules, manufacturing, fabrication and paperwork, and we built a process to take that weight off their shoulders. We combine technical expertise, creativity, and discipline to turn complex designs into clear, buildable solutions. Inspired by the idea that construction is not just about structures but about trust, our mission is to deliver clarity, reliability, and excellence on every job.

Who we are

Morlex Construction was born out of a simple idea: contractors in New York already have enough on their plate — chasing deadlines, managing crews, juggling agency requirements. The last thing they need is to get buried in drawings, submittals, schedules, and paperwork. That’s where we step in.

Our specialization

Morlex works across both private and public projects — from high-end private developments to the most demanding agency jobs. We bring an extra edge in public work, where we know and handle the unique requirements of the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA), Department of Design & Construction (DDC), OGS, DDC, DOT, MTA, and federal agencies.

We understand the specs, the submittals, and the paperwork that drive public projects — and we deliver submissions that get approved in a smooth process. Contractors rely on us as their technical partner for public jobs, while still trusting us with private projects where speed, precision, and reliability matter just as much.

We’re lean, agile, and global. Our core is NYC-based, but we work with a large network of skilled drafters, estimators, and engineers.
